you can make these.
โฃโฃโฃโฃIf I were you I would double the recipe because these go so fast, if youโre sharing. I made 2 batches this week…โฃโฃ
Recipe:
โฃโฃโฃโฃ* 1 cup desiccated coconutโฃโฃ
* 1 CUP CASHEWSโฃโฃ
* 1 cup medjool dates, soaked in warm water for 30 minutesโฃโฃ
* 1/2 cup dark chocolate (or milk whatever you prefer)
โฃโฃ* 1 tsp coconut oil
—-
โฃโฃโฃโฃ1. Preheat oven to 350F then toast the coconut for 5 minutes or until Goldenโฃโฃ
2. Once the dates have soaked and the coconut is Golden place the cashews, dates, and coconut into a food processor, blend until very well combinedโฃโฃ
3. Roll into balls and flatten onto baking sheet. You can make the traditional samoas shape by poking a hole through the middle using a straw.โฃโฃ
4. Place your cookies into the freezer for about 30 minutesโฃโฃ
5. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil togetherโฃโฃ
6. Take the cookies out of the freezer and dip them into the chocolate. Drizzle some of the chocolate on the top in place back in the freezer for another 30 minutesโฃโฃโฃโฃI store these in my refrigerator. Obviously these arenโt the real thing but they are so darn good.โฃโฃโฃ
